Refund Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all subscription products and services sold by Binary Leap OU ("TenantsDB", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Estonia (Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamae linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Estonia). All payments are processed through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you subscribe to a monthly plan, you are charged for the current billing period immediately. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the end of the period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
If you purchase an annual subscription and request cancellation within 14 days of the initial purchase date, we will issue a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual term. Cancellations take effect at the end of the annual billing period.
4. L2 Dedicated Add-ons
L2 dedicated VM add-ons are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the virtual machine has been provisioned. If provisioning fails due to an error on our side, you will not be charged for the failed instance.
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher tier to a lower tier, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No refund or credit is issued for the difference in price during the current billing period.
6. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, for example, charged twice, charged after cancellation, or charged an incorrect amount, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will review the charge and, where applicable, issue a full refund for the erroneous amount.
7. Free Tier
The Free tier carries no charge and is not subject to this Refund Policy.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@tenantsdb.com with the following information:
(a) Your account email address. (b) The product or plan you were charged for. (c) The date and amount of the charge. (d) A brief description of the reason for your request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
9. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our resolution, you may contact Paddle directly at paddle.com/legal/buyers. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all Binary Leap transactions and may be able to assist with payment disputes.
We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@tenantsdb.com before filing a dispute with your payment provider. Filing a dispute before contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account until the dispute is resolved.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
